It maps from drinks you already know. How you take your chai, whether you grew up on filter coffee, whether you reach for dark chocolate or mango: these predict coffee preference far better than asking you to choose between "Ethiopian washed" and "Brazilian natural." And if we still get it wrong, the first bag is replaced free, so the worst case costs you nothing.

The roaster does, directly to you. There is no BrewBazar warehouse. Your bag is roasted after you order, dispatched within two working days, and carries the roaster's own label with the roast date printed on it. Fresh by construction, not by promise.
Metro cities typically 3 to 5 days after dispatch, elsewhere 5 to 7. And here's the part most brands won't tell you: freshly roasted beans need 5 to 10 days of resting before they taste their best. The transit time IS the resting time. Your bag lands in its peak flavour window.
